Deadlift 5 sets x 3 for max - got to 360. Be nice to do it without wrist straps but oh well.
I'll definately eat well today - though for the next 3 days (WCHA hockey) I'll eat crappy.
Still considering attending a cert 1 and becoming an affiliate - have to acquire some equipment. Sounds like a lot of work - but fun at the same time.
