Tues 10 Mar 09

Points 28 + 2 = 30 Weight 198.5 I think the weight really depends not only how much I eat but what I eat at night. Gonna work on that and see. Today for a workout I went to the gym - may have overdone it.... Rowing - sorta hurt but took it easy. The warmups were good and I didn't feel any discomfort. The deadlifts were light. Bench was good, but getting down there was a pain. Overhead squats may have done it to me. I felt it while I was doing them and when I was done my ribs were plenty painful - but more of a muscle tightness rather than actually "painful". Took some painkillers, so we'll see if that helps.

  3. well, fucked up at night - 2 guiness + 1 port. Had string cheese + nuts = 6 + 6 = 12

    Total 41 / 30.

    Pathetic

    This morning (Wed) up to 200.0 again.
