Ouch - what a BAD eating day. I weighed 198 this morning - no food after 830 PMTotal points today 42 / 28 = +14
Way over my limit for the week. too many commitments, outside distractions going on.Tomorrow dinner with the sisters. Then sunday out to eat with Aikens. It's very, very difficult to eat smart.
