Oh, I almost hate posting. Let's say we'll start with tomorrow, since I've pretty much screwed today over already.
Breakfast - cottage cheese, banana, cheerios. (7)
Bad 2nd breakfast of hash with meat and gravy. (15)
Lunch - ok - full turkey sandwich with cheese and tots (15)
dinner - chicken noodle soup and bread. And Guiness. (10)
So, as you can see, I've botched my points already - approx 47 / 28 = +19 / 35
