Ok - let's start anew. Gonna do a "light" workout today - tabatha Squats 8 x 20 sec work / 10 sec rest, tabatha push ups 8 x 20 sec work / 10 sec rest x 3 sets each. Gotta test the ribs. Might try rings and pullups to see how it feels.
