Max Deadlift - 5 Reps


 

 

WOW - another GREAT JOB !!!  Everyone upped their deadlift weights !!!  Great progress !!!

Deads - maximum for 5 reps - start very light, work on form, add weights each set - should be done in 5-7 sets.

And lucky you we end with a leg killing metcon
