Tabata



8 Rounds each exercise before moving to next

20 seconds work / 10 seconds rest

Rest 1 minute between exercises

Push ups
Squats
Ring Rows
Mod Burpees

Score is lowest # reps in a round

Intermediate - 6 rounds - rest 1:30 between sets

Beginner - 4 rounds, rest 3 minutes between sets

This is a hard workout - check your ego at the door
